✅ Booking process
A deposit of €150 is required to finalize the booking
The deposit counts toward the total price and is not an extra cost
The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days before arrival
It is also possible to pay the full amount at the time of booking
🔁 Cancellation and modification
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation
The booking date can be modified once; the fee is €150, which will be credited toward the total price
Modifications are possible only after the original deposit is paid and subject to availability
💳 Payment methods
Online payment link (via a secure system)
⏰ Late payment
If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the booking
In this case, the deposit will be lost
💡 Installment payment option
Payment in installments is possible upon prior written agreement
In such cases, the payment schedule will be agreed together
🛠 Liability for damages
The apartment, its furniture and equipment must be used properly
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused
We recommend taking out travel insurance, which in many cases covers cancellation or damage costs

We will send a written confirmation to the provided email address for the deposit and/or full payment
